About us

Birdie Golf Co was founded on a simple belief: golf is more than just a game — it’s a lifestyle.

The brand was created by Hannah Torres, a PGA professional, competitive golfer, and entrepreneur who has spent her life around the game. Growing up with a deep love for golf, Hannah went on to play collegiate golf at Southern Nazarene University, where she developed not only her competitive edge but also a deeper appreciation for the traditions and culture that surround the sport.

After earning her Master’s degree in Marketing, Hannah set out to combine her two passions: golf and business. Birdie Golf Co was born from that vision — a brand that represents the modern golfer who values both performance and lifestyle.

The name Birdie Golf Co carries a special meaning. In golf, a birdie represents one of the best feelings in the game — the reward for a great shot and a moment every golfer chases. But the name also has a more personal story behind it. Hannah’s Goldendoodle, Birdie, inspired the brand as well, making the name a tribute both to the game she loves and to a loyal companion who has been part of the journey from the very beginning.

Inspired by the relaxed charm of coastal golf destinations and the timeless traditions of the game, Birdie Golf Co brings that same spirit to everyday golfers. Whether you're walking the fairways, practicing at the range, or enjoying time with friends after a round, the brand is designed for those who see golf as more than just 18 holes.

At its core, Birdie Golf Co celebrates the moments that make the game special — early morning tee times, the pursuit of improvement, and the friendships built along the way.

In addition to running Birdie Golf Co, Hannah works as a PGA teaching professional, helping golfers of all levels improve their game and grow their love for the sport. That same passion for development, community, and growing the game is woven into everything the brand stands for.

Birdie Golf Co is built for the golfer who appreciates the traditions of the game while embracing the modern golf lifestyle.

Because at the end of the day, golf isn’t just something you play — it’s something you live.

Meet Birdie 🐾

Behind the name of Birdie Golf Co is a four-legged companion who has been part of the journey from the very beginning.

Birdie, Hannah’s Goldendoodle, quickly became more than just a pet — she became part of the inspiration behind the brand itself. Just like the meaning of a birdie in golf, she represents joy, positivity, and the little moments that make the game and life so special.

You might occasionally see Birdie make an appearance in photos, at events, or around the brand. She serves as a reminder that while golf is a game of focus and improvement, it’s also meant to be enjoyed.

After all, the best rounds of golf are the ones shared with great company — even if that company has four paws.
